Meeting Minutes

July 27^th 2006

The JPVRA July 27th meeting was held at the PCSO District Center on Ave. G at 7:00pm. Do to the absence of President, Bill Brown, the meeting was opened by the Secretary, Martha Bruce. Everyone was Welcomed and the June minutes were read and accepted. 

The meeting was informal and items discussed were:

1) The way the code violation board works

2) If Jan Phyl Village had any By Laws for the Neighborhood (Al is going to search the web)

3) Upkeep of the neighborhood 

4) If Jan Phyl Village would be annexed inside the city of Winter Haven 

5) Getting more sidewalks in neighborhood

6) How many yard sales are allowed per year 

7) The house on Coleman that has van service 

8) Discussed with Sheriff's Dept  * basketball pole in road* *cars parked on road way* *scooters being rode on the sidewalks*  

9) How to get people in the neigborhood involved
